Polarizer improvements
The polarizers for TFT are mainly available in the following categories.
1, TN mode of ordinary perspective polarizer: 0.13mm,0.15mm,0.17mm,0.22mm non-directional products are available. The angles are 45° and 135° according to the viewing angle of the glass, and the materials are ordinary bright, anti-scratch bright, AG25 conventional sand, AG40 fine sand, AG40 fine sand and AG40 fine sand.
Available materials are normal glossy, anti-scratch glossy, AG25 regular sand, AG40 fine sand, AG13 fine sand, anti-reflective AR, negative with APF, etc.
2, TN mode ultra wide viewing angle polarizer: 0.17mm,0.22mm,0.26mm with directional products are available, angle according to the angle of view of the glass are 45°and 135°, the material has ordinary bright, anti-scratch bright, AG25 conventional frosted, AG40 fine sand, AG13 fine sand. AG40 fine sand, AG13 fine sand, anti-reflective AR, negative with APF, etc.
3, IPS mode full view polarizer:0.11mm,0.13mm,0.15mm,0.17mm non-directional products can be, angle degree after the glass is not the same 7°/83°,6 °/84°, 0°/190°, 173°/97°, etc.; material has ordinary bright, AG25 conventional matte, AG40 fine sand, AG13 fine sand, anti-reflective AR, negative with APF, etc.
At present, Disea's main polarisation suppliers are Chimei, Sunnypol and Nitto.
Sunglass Free.
Some of our high-brightness displays, customers need to be visible in the outdoor sunlight, the problem comes, because of the harsh outdoor sunlight, the naked eye will be very serious glare when looking directly at the display, more people are willing to wear sunglasses to view the content on the display. The sunglasses themselves are a type of glass with a polarising layer, which will interfere with the polarising layer of the LCD, and the screen will be seen as a mass of colour, as shown in the picture.
We have a solution to this situation, which is to use a special polarising film with an internal protective film that is both circularly polarised and can convert the polarised light from the LCD into a circularly polarised state, allowing it to be seen under sunglasses, i.e. Sunglass Free.
