Wide operating temperature TFT display technology

 

TFT Colour LCD Display is becoming more pervasive for indoor or outdoor applications, especially the demand in wide temperature TFT LCD is growing in many fields.

Many people have noticed that the LCD panel has two parameters, the working temperature and the storage temperature. Because the liquid crystal material is used for industrial thermotropic liquid crystal display material, there is a certain temperature range for the use and storage.

Once the specified temperature norm is exceeded, the liquid crystal material will lose its liquid crystal state, and sometimes it will not work and damage the equipment. Winter temperatures in places such as northern Europe and North America can reach -30℃, which will have a big impact on the normal use of industrial displays, as well as damage to LCD components.

Disea Electronics offers a full range of wide temperature TFT LCD modules; available sizes are including 1.4”, 2.8”, 3.5”, 4.3”, 7”, 10.1” and 12.3 inch.  These TFT modules can be operating at Wide Temperature Range from -40℃ to 80℃ or up to 85℃.
